There is a high demand for properties in stunning Liverpool locations as properties are snapped up almost instantly whenever they go on the market.
In Merseyside, some of the most expensive house prices have been recorded this year, and buyer demand is surging.
Land Registry figures from the year to October (the most recent information available) show that L29 was the most expensive postcode on Merseyside. Approximately 71.1 per cent of the properties were listed at £400,000, up from £233,750 in Sefton and Lunt.
From October 2021 to October 2021, L29 sold nine products as compared to six the previous year.
According to Alex Bibby, Michael Moon estate agents’ manager, “L29 covers Lunt and Sefton Village and we’ve sold quite a few properties in the past year.” Among the five we had on sale, we had a four bedroom detached house for £580,000 in Lunt that was very popular.
